Find your courage, live your passion.

Although you may have heard various descriptions about what a life coach is, I’d like to dispel some myths and clarify what a life coach actually does. A life coach seeks to elicit solutions and strategies from the client, as they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support and enhance skills, resources and creativity that the client already has.  You may be tired of doing what you “ should” do and are ready to do something special and meaningful for the rest of your life.  The problem is, you may not yet be able to visualize what your new life would be, or if you can you may not see a way to reorient your life around making that vision a reality.  A life coach can help you do both. To put it simply, life coaching is oriented towards the present and future.  In the coaching process, you will explore events, learnings and challenges from the past, but the process will not linger there.  The lessons from the your past will be applied to ways you can make positive changes moving forward to a more satisfying and fulfilling life, no matter what area you feel needs changing.

If you are in a difficult transition in your life and you are having trouble deciding which way to go because you are unsure of what you truly feel, a life coach can help you discover what is already within you —  your passion, your motivation, the solution to living your right life, and the courage to take action.
